CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be electronically mailed (to hdbmb2022@alpe-adriatours.com).
Refunds will be granted before June 31st 2022.
CONFIRMATION
After the Secretariat has received the completed Registration form and payment, a written
confirmation will be sent out. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk as a proof of
your registration payment.
